Out-of-control SUV runs down and kills a 40-year-woman crossing a Brooklyn street squib
The victim, who was been identified as Tracy Belgrave, was attempting to cross Pearl Street at Willoughby Street, in Brooklyn, New York, just before 9:30 am, when the SUV collided with her.
